After work experiences in Holland, Belgium and Germany, Harro became the youngest head-professional in Holland at the age of 21, and in the same year he decided to extend his professional skills to the Costa del Golf.
After successfully assisting in the opening of the golf academies at La Quinta and Atalaya, Harro took up the challenge to direct the Monte Mayor Golf Club, a position he left after more than 8 years in charge to join this new and exciting project.
